Carl Vandergoot began selling real estate in 1985 for his Brother Jerry the Owner of Vandergoot Realty Inc a small independent Brokerage in London. Jerry Vandergoot acquired the Re/Max franchise in 1998 and purchased a 10,000 square foot building 675 Adelaide St in London. Carl began working for Re/Max at that time along with 5 other Realtors in our office
Today Re/Max Centre City has grown to over 100 sales associates with offices in London, St Thomas, Strathroy, Port Stanley, Mt. Brydges and Dorchester. Re/Max Centre City has attracted many of the very top producing sales associates in the city and has the highest per sales person production compared to other national franchises in the London and St Thomas Real Estate Board.
In December 2006 Carl took over the operations of the company from his Brother Jerry and purchased the company. Carl has been introducing some very important features to Re/Max Centre City organization including advanced training systems for new and experienced Sales People and technological upgrades to the office systems.
